Selective Pallet Racks

Selective Pallet Rack is the most economical and versatile of all pallet storage systems. These racks are available in many stock sizes and capacities for every day storage applications. Custom sizes and capacities are also available for specific requirements. This racking is also available with optional decking for storage of hand loaded items. Roll formed or structural styles can be supplied.

Drive In / Thru Racking

Drive In/Thru Racking is a high density type of pallet storage system that offers a limited amount of selectivity when compared to selective systems. Pallets are densely stored into bays by the fork lift while driving directly into the racking system. This type of system is ideal for large quantities if like pallets being loaded and unloaded at one time or phase. This racking is available in roll formed and structural styles.

Push Back Racking

Push Back Racking is a high density pallet storage system that offers a greater amount of selectivity when compared to drive in/thru racking. These racks offer storage for up to 6 pallets deep and maximum pallet weights of 3,000 lbs. Racks are loaded and unloaded from the front aisle similar to selective rack with conventional fork lifts. Each position is picked selectively however pallets in each lane are first in last out. Structural style racking is recommended for this type of system.

Pallet Flow Racking

Pallet Flow Rack is a high density pallet storage system that offers first in first out pallet storage by using gravity conveyor and a breaking system to control pallet movement. This type of system increases full pallet order picking by minimizing pallet truck travel and saves valuable warehouse space when storage of multiple like pallets is required. Structural style racking is recommended for this type of system.

Pallet Rack Back

Cantilever Racking

Cantilever Rack is a type of rack that is used for storage of irregular or long items. This is achieved by eliminating obstructions in the front of the rack and providing a clear opening in the front of the rack in lengths as long as desired. These racks can also be decked for storage of items smaller than the spacing between towers. Tower spacing, upright capacity, and arm capacity are critical for a safe and proper system. This racking is available in roll formed and structural styles.

Carton Flow Racking

Carton Flow Rack is a high density storage rack designed for first in first out case good storage. This type of system increases the full case and split case order picking productivity by minimizing walking distance between items picked and saves valuable warehouse space when compared to static shelving. These units are available in free standing sections or can be installed directly into selective pallet racks.
